Ekādhikena Pūrvena ...Vedic ganit (Maths)

Ekādhikena Pūrvena ....Means "By one more than the previous one"
...
...
I don't have any intention to confuse you people so will come to the point..
After office hours today I was looking around on net for something new.And found a very good tutorial of vedic maths..my INDIAN maths!!!
As most of the normal Indians I was aware about vedic maths and also knew that it's really powerful, but I never tried to learn it.But today I tried to find it and with all my surprises I found a very good tutorial here...
Vedic Maths Tutorial"
It's a complete tutorial for vedic maths and as I went across to one of the basic and simple examples of vedic maths , I realized the strength of this Ganit.
Have a look at the first line of this post , it says when we want to find square of any number which has 5 as last digit than "add one number to the previous number of 5".
For example..
Take number 25 , so Here the number is 25. We have to find out the square of the number. For the number 25, the last digit is 5 and the 'previous' digit is 2. Hence, 'one more than the previous one', that is, 2+1=3. The Sutra, in this context, gives the procedure 'to multiply the previous digit 2 by one more than itself, that is, by 3'. It becomes the L.H.S (left hand side) of the result, that is, 2 X 3 = 6. The R.H.S (right hand side) of the result is 52, that is, 25.

so answer will be

(25)2=2*(2+1) | 25 = 625.

Who knows if we implement vedic maths , we can optimize computer languages too.I mean it's just a thought but may be if we explore more we can give surprises to ourselves and world too..
Please check on this and provide your feedback..
thankz,
